Medicard is a credit card sized device which contains your medical information in an easy to carry and very accessible format. It provides first responders with a convenient and easy way to access critical medical information which may mean the difference between life and death.

Your unique Medicard Datafile contains the following:

• Your name and information such as Date Of Birth, First Language, Preferred Pronouns, Sexuality
• Blood Group and RhD Antigen Information
• Your NHS / Health Provider Number
• Contact details for your Doctor
• Up to 3 Emergency Contacts (including name, address, telephone)
• Details of medications
• Details of allergies
• Details of vaccinations such as COVID-19
• Next of Kin contact information
• HIV/Hepatitis/Diabetes/Epilepsy/Asthma/COPD/Cerebral Palsy/High Blood Pressure/Cystic Fibrosis information/status
• Information indicating previous heart attack / stroke / transplant
• Information indicating whether you have a pacemaker / prosthetic limb / hearing aid / contact lenses / contraceptive coil

You can use our Datafile Generator and copy the documents it creates directly to the Medicard by plugging it into a device with a USB port. The Datafile Generator creates a Word Document and a PDF file which can be accessed by first responders. Because the device uses industry standard file formatting you can add any other documents or files such as pictures if you want to provide first responders with more information.
